- Care Quality Commission
The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. They carry out reviews of services and currently produce a rating of many different aspects of NHS organisations. These ratings are broad in nature and you may or may not find that they are an accurate reflection of the local services that you use. They are due to begin registering GPs in the future. - National Patient Safety Agency
An NHS organisation responsible for identifying patient safety issues and finding solutions - Health Service Ombudsman
From the 1st April 2009, if a patient is not happy with how the NHS Trust respons to their complaint, they can ask the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman to look into their case. Contact no: 08450154033 - Health Professionals Council
