Patient Advice & Liaison Services
- Patient Advice & Liaison Service Network
PALS are based in every trust assisting patients with any concerns they have relating to their treatment as well as providing general information and assistance. They are funded by the Trust and as such are not independent. We receive a wide range of feedback on the quality of services they provide-some positive, some negative. - Indepedent Complaints Advocacy Services
ICAS supports people who have made a complaint about the NHS. Your local ICAS representative can advise you about which of the organisations below might be able to help you with your complaint, and when would be the best stage to approach them. They focus on making sure the right process is being followed for handling your complaint, rather than providing a view on the issue you are concerned with.
