Amy joined the Patients Association in early 2010 to help manage the increasing number of enquiries received by the helpline. Previously Amy worked for a mental health charity and various other charitable organisations after receiving a BSc in Human Communication Science.  Her previous knowledge and experience is essential when working in the Patients Association's Helpline. Amy hopes that the helpline will expand and help more people in the future.
