Esther Rantzen joins the Patients Association
The Patients Association has announced that Esther Rantzen, CBE, who founded the child protection charity ChildLine and The Silver Line charity designed to combat loneliness, has joined the Patients Association as a Vice President.

In association with NHS England, the Patients Association has developed a “Complaints Game” which organisations can use to help them improve their knowledge and handling of complaints.
“Health Ombudsman is not fit for purpose”, says the Patients Association - We are calling on the Public Administration Select Committee to address the failings of the PHSO and hold them to account.
